Nyarlagroths are creatures that happen to inhabit the Darklands.
Description
The Nyarlagroths are huge, black, snake-like creatures with a pair of large horns on each side of their heads, a series of thick scales covering their backs and a large mouth covered with crooked teeth. They do not have eyes so they are blind and depend on their tongues to perceive their surroundings. Their tongues can also be used as weapons, crossing things with great speed.
The Nyarlagroths are aggressive creatures with little reasoning that attack anyone who approaches them or their nests. They build their nests in the caves of the Darklands, usually covering them with rocks. The strong essences, such as those of the Cimmerian fruit, can get to disorient them due to their sensitive senses.
